Below you will find a list of the most common problems and how to solve them.
· If the chosen connection mode is Wi-Fi (see Connection modes
in the System configuration section of the Help), make sure both
your mobile and watch are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
· If the chosen connection mode is Paired (see Connection modes in the
System configuration section of the Help), make sure your watch is
paired and connected to your mobile.
· Make sure the mobile app is allowed to use mobile data in the
background in the app menu in Android settings.
· If you are using your mobile Wi-Fi hotspot, make sure it will not
be turned off automatically when no devices are connected in the Wi-Fi
hotspot settings menu.
· After a connection loss and while the apps are trying to reconnect,
if one of the apps is closed, it will be necessary to cancel the
reconnection and retry the connection from both apps.
· If the connection is lost because one of the devices loses connection
to the Wi-Fi network (for example, because the device moves too far away
from the Wi-Fi signal source), it may be necessary to cancel the
reconnection and retry the connection from both apps.
· If the connection is lost when using Paired connection mode, try to
use Wi-Fi connection mode.
· If your mobile or watch battery level is very low, the Android system
will automatically close communications to save battery life. In this
case, you will need to recharge your device before you can use it again.
· If the watch app is put in the background (either by dismissing the
app by swiping right or by opening and bringing a different app to the
foreground), the Android system of the watch may disable Wi-Fi
connectivity eventually. In this case, it may be necessary to cancel
the reconnection and retry the connection from both apps.
· After following the steps above, if the apps still will not connect, try closing both apps executing the Close app action in their main menu. Then reopen them and try connecting again.
· Make sure the battery level of your devices is fully charged before you start playing. The emulator is resource-intensive on your devices, and if you are going to play for several hours, you will need enough charge to last until the end.
